• Where is the store based?

• How long do Pre-order items take to ship

  If you purchased a Pre-order item, please be aware of production times required before your order can be prepared. Orders consisting of both pre-order items and in-stock items will be shipped TOGETHER once the pre-order items are ready. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, shipments can be made outside of the USA. Please be aware of your countries customs/import taxes system, you may be required to pay an additional fee by your local postal service for delivery before your package will be delivered. I will not re-ship any packages that are returned from failure to pay a custom fee. For any order placed for a country that is not currently accepting shipments from the USA, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Do you provide tracking numbers?

  Tracking numbers will be provided for any order containing a print or a keychain, tracking numbers are not provided for orders containing only stickers. Stickers will be shipping in a regular stamped letter.

• Is the shipping cost accurate?

  The way storenvy seems to calculate shipping is based on the number of items to estimate the weight of the package and distance to delivery location. In some instances if you purchase a lot of different items in one order the shipping cost will be incorrect. In any cases where the shipping cost is over estimated, you will receive a partial refund for the difference in shipping cost.

• Can I request a specific character for a mystery pack?

  No. Every mystery pack is completely random, I cannot guarantee any specific character or item will be included. Please only purchase these mystery packs if you feel that you would be satisfied receiving any of the listed options for each pack. There will be no refunds or exchanges for opened packs.

• What is Storenvy?

  This store is created with Storenvy, an online store builder and marketplace for inspired brands. As a shopper, you can discover and buy items from multiple stores from all over the world and check out in one step at or open your own store for free.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
